SOAP is a simple way to learn how to use God’s Word. It stands for Scripture, Observe, Apply, and Prayer. When you sit down with your Bible... just SOAP!
How to use S.O.A.P..?
1.First use your SOAP card to help find the scripture in your Bible.
2.Next, observe the scripture. Ask yourself, “what does this verse mean?”
3.Then, apply the verse. How can you apply, or use, this verse in your life?
4.Lastly pray. Prayer is talking with God. You can write out a prayer, or simply pray out loud by yourself or with a parent.

Cross-Training is often referred to as the “foundations” class for kids here at Knott Avenue Christian Church. This is a two week course designed for 3rd - 6th graders to teach students the basics of Christianity, salvation, baptism, faith, and spiritual growth. This program is offered several times a year on Sunday mornings and donuts are included! To sign up or for more info please call the church office, 714-527-5195.
